當初看到這部星際效應電影預告時，就充滿了期待，因為導演是克里斯多夫蘭諾，導演過蝙蝠俠三部曲（其實最廣為人知的是第二集黑暗騎士）、頂尖對決、全面啟動等賣座名片。同時也很好奇，這樣的星際旅行的科幻片在蘭諾的手上會呈現怎樣的風格？
電影上映時並沒有時間可以到電影院去欣賞，只有在藍光出來後立刻購買，並找個週末晚上好好的看了一次，看完之後才發現蘭諾果然拍出了很不一樣的科幻片，裡面所談到的現象都是有理論基礎，或是基於某些理論所做的推論，並不是像許多的科幻片是天馬行空的想像。
胡老師一開始就介紹電影許多小知識，慢慢進入電影所描述的各種天文現象，胡老師提供了許多面向來欣賞這部經典大作，尤其是貫穿全劇的這首詩：

白晝將盡，就算年老也要燃燒咆嘯

他們的言語已無法再激出雷馳電掣

善良的人們，在最後的波瀾前泣訴著

Wild men who caught and sang the sun in
flight,
曾經追逐及謳歌太陽的猖狂的人們

醒悟一切已太遲，他們哀慟著白日將殘

將死之人用日漸模糊的視線張望

環環相扣住全劇的主軸，當然還是有許多小小的問題，例如最後還是出現了所謂的祖父悖論，但是瑕不掩瑜，滿滿的省思，這是一個愉快的夜晚！
